This policy describes how SEM AI Reporting (the "Application"), a private internal tool operated by Adrian Antonescu, accesses and handles Google user data.
The Application is used only by its operator to report on, and plan for, Google Ads accounts belonging to businesses the operator is authorized to manage (Nook and Doraji, two restaurants in Toronto). It is not offered to the public or to third-party advertisers.
With authorization from the account owner, the Application uses the Google Ads API to read campaign performance reports (such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and search terms) and to request Keyword Planner keyword ideas and search volumes. Its Google Ads access is read-only. It does not create, edit or delete campaigns, ads, budgets or account settings.
Google user data is used only to produce internal performance reports and keyword research for the businesses named above, for example to plan website content and review advertising results.
Google user data is not sold or rented. It is not shared with advertisers, used for targeted advertising, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers only as needed to operate and secure the Application.
Credentials are kept in an access-controlled password manager and are never stored in plain text. Reports are stored on access-controlled private infrastructure. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration.
Reports are kept only as long as they're useful for the businesses' reporting and planning. The account owner may revoke the Application's access at any time in Google Ads (Admin → Access and security) and may request deletion of stored reports by contacting the address below.
The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
